Continuing my theme of using song titles from one of my favourite and formative records of years gone by this blog is called Get Whacked.

Feeling whacked? There are many meanings for the word whacked but in this case I will focus on being exhausted and present some of the causes and how you can overcome the feeling of exhaustion.
